Barges are bottom opening type, dumb Barges. Hydraulically operated doors. Can work in shallow waters for Reclamation as well as for carrying spoils while assisting dredging operations. Each doors can be operated individually as well as in unison. Total 8 doors in each compartment(2 compartments in the barge). Doors are powered by self contained diesel engine on the barge without any external source of power.
